All the products I have gotten here have been of excellent quality (mostly clothing.) I had a customer service issue where my card didn’t go through due to a computer glitch on their end, and when I called to figure out why my item hadn’t arrived, the rep was so friendly, helped me figure it out in a timely manner, and shipped my item overnight due to the hassle. Customer service is everything! (In addition to some great products)

Our 1st time to the store. We happened to be in St Charles, MO for the weekend. We stopped by before we headed home. Great store and good merchandise. Might seem a little pricey, but they had sale going on of I believe 50% off, if I remember correctly. Great quality

This company makes the best work clothes ever. They last forever and I have several different items from them. I purchased a front seat cover for my truck in a rear seat cover for my truck I'm happy with the rear seat cover but they could use a little Improvement on the front seat. I bought the top of the line when they had but it doesn't really cover the seat all the way. But it is made out of some very durable material. I will be back to buy pants shirts and other things

The prices are ridiculously expensive.Ridiculously.My hubs bought a long sleeve shirt, a basic pair of pants and a pair of the buck naked boxers/underwear (1 of each) and the price came out to $141.25.The buck naked boxers/underwear shrunk like 3 sizes after I washed them once. It was in cold water with Tide laundry detergent. Ok, maybe only 2.5. They still shrunk a very significant amount.

This was my first experience here. A friend was telling me about their return policy and I found out intriguing. I walked in convinced they wouldn't have anything for my plus sized frame. To my surprise, I was able to find a couple of skirts (2x) that fit and we're cut to make you look slimmer. They were very comfortable and versatile so I can wear them a business casual or just cause depending on what top I wear. They had men's and women's clothes, shoes, socks, underwear, etc. I found a couple pairs of shoes I wanted but can't afford them yet. It is pricy but if you factor in the guarantee it's worth it.

Awesome clothes which I didnt think i would buy nor wear but i got some pants and now own several. The quality is amazing and prices are steep. Wish they would have more sales or coupons hahah..

Ordered four small items, just under $100...arrived in large, heavy box. Two Firehose jackets amounting to about $250 were included though not ordered by me. Gave Customer Service a call...received instructions for return. Having been honest regarding situation, asked about 30% off which was in my Email morning after placing order...was told discounts could not be combined since 10% was applied when placing order. Once Duluth received jackets, received letter of "apology" for "disappointment with my order" along with $10 gift card! Would think returning $250 merchandise sent in error would merit more than $10! No question in my mind to inform Customer Service and return items. However this experience tells me any merchandise received in error from any merchant will be donated to Disabled Veterans. Goes without saying Duluth Trading is off my list.

Went on Duluth’s website to purchase Buck Naked briefs for my husband and they showed pricing on sale for $12.99-$22.99. I understand that sometimes it’s a sale price for only a certain color, however none of the color’s or sizes were on sale. I called and spoke to someone on their customer service phone line and she was absolutely no help. She ended up putting me through to their customer support. They said that their computer system only updates every 3-4 hours and I unfortunately missed the sale. I asked her if they are not honoring the sale price as it’s stated right on their website under the product and she said “no”. Poor, poor customer service.

This is another great DTC location. The staff are great, the store is clean, and is stocked well. All in all, just a great shopping location. I would suggest it to anyone.

It was just a store. I love Duluth trading and their clothing line lasts. But I thought it would be something more but it was just another store in a box. It was great to touch and feel the clothes and to try o. To confirm sizes but i will be buying online from now on.

Very organized and clean. Alot of the pants are similar but not labeled well on the shelves. Hard to differentiate.

Their customer service is horrible. I placed an order not realizing my wife had already ordered. They refused to cancel the order and said I could return. Why, in 2020, can you not cancel an order? They are trying to force you to keep it hoping it isn't worth your trouble to return. The chat person didn't even say sorry and the guy on the phone said it's their policy, no exceptions. I won't buy anything else there. A previous chat on another order wouldn't continue because I put an item number in the chat window. They have lost a customer. I will not buy from them again.

Lots of gadgets, pet gadgets, tool camping, of course clothes. Stuff looks really well made, you pay a little more but I'm ok with that

A store that was built around the idea of high quality products that are backed by the people who made them. Sure some of the stuff costs a little more upfront but you definitely get what you pay for. I purchased a belt from them online over 6 years ago and have worn that same belt every day since and it is still in great shape. I used to wear out clothes in less than a year but everything I have bought from Duluth has been resilient and lasted.

Very expensive... 25.00 for a pair of boxers, and 70.00 for a belt...

Some prices are a little high, but all good merchandise. Staff is excellent.

Great store higher priced maybe then I like, a lot of fun one liner items that could be great gifts, staff was nice and helpful.

My husband likes the shirts because they have heavier fabric and the buttons are a little bigger

Hat I wanted not available at my local store and out of stock online. Customer service did store search inventory, provided 6 locations whose inventory indicated one in stock in my size. Mark at Ankey, Iowa location recruited help to do store search, store was busy, most likely hat had sold earlier today. He was so pleasant on phone. Next I called Sioux Falls SD; Pat found the item, assured me he could confirm as he had it in his hand. Processed purchase confirmed shipping date. I have never had better customer service. Also I believe products at Duluth is so worth the price. Love everything about you. I'm "gonna love the hat!

Went with my sister, who is 5 months pregnant, to find gear for our upcoming trip out of the country. The gentleman that helped us today was so awesome and super friendly, I believe his name was Brian. He helped us pick out a raincoat that was in her size and budget, gave us some really good hiking advice, and even took the time to make sure that we got the color we wanted for her coat. He is an asset to your team and we probably would have walked out empty handed without his guidance. Thank you, good sir!

Love the clothing but what I wanted definitely NOT on sale...

Clothes are of good quality which makes them a little more pricey, but worth it. You can find good deals though.

Went to look at the firehose cargo shorts, and bought two pair for work. I love them! They have enough pockets to be able to distribute the various things I carry in my pockets to be comfortable sitting most of the day. Am thinking about getting some of the pants too.

Really Great Place had interesting products and the staff was nice.

Tremendous customer service. The staff are always extremely friendly. The clothes and hats are more expensive, but of excellent quality and comfort. The work clothes are very durable and last for years.

Huge variety! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were so helpful in helping me save money. They made sure I had a customer account set up as well. They have a little bit of everything for everyone in her. Very clean store, too.
